Description
Organically grown chardonnay (80%), pinot blanc (15%) and pinot noir (5%) make up the champagne. The raw material is harvested by hand and fermented separately for each variety, a small percentage is aged in wooden barrels. After the wines have been blended, they are aged in the bottle for a minimum of 24 months. In the glass, the drink has a straw-yellow color, a lively, persistent pearlescence, and fine foam. In terms of its aromatics, it is complex and intense, nectarine, lime and other ripe white-fleshed fruits can be discovered in it, as well as a hint of butteriness hiding in the background. It is best paired with fish and light dishes as an aperitif.
