Description
Our Burgundian-type white wine, the composition of which changes according to the characteristics of the vintage, following the style. Chardonnay, which provides the majority of the batch, was also influenced by the notes of aging in wooden barrels used several times, which are nicely complemented by the ripe fruitiness of viognier and the brighter acidity of sauvignon blanc. In both its aroma and taste, great emphasis is placed on the wine's ripe fruit aromas and its chalky minerality, while its creaminess and butteriness are given by the long aging on fine lees, the combined result of which is a complex and easy-to-age batch.
