Description
Organic, chemical-free cultivated grapes, very high yield limit 45q/1ha, hand-harvested at phenolic maturity, hand-picked berries. Only natural and vegan ingredients were added to the wine during processing. A sophisticated Bordeaux fragrance that radiates strength. In addition to the ripe fruitiness, there are blackberries, blueberries, plum jam, wild strawberries, pleasantly tart, but we feel the spiciness from the barrel, combined with a little vanilla, radish, chocolate and coffee aroma. Varietal characteristics, diverse, high extract content, tight structure, nice barrel, well-integrated acidity, nice texture, intense aroma, nicely rounded tannin structure. A fiery young, but full-bodied, serious, balanced, elegant wine, with a long aftertaste and some New World touch. Alcohol: 14.5%
