Description
The champagne's pale yellow hue is complemented by its lively pearling. The bubbles are small and quickly form a fine foam. The scent is moderately intense, yet complex. Sweet pastry, biscuit and fruit notes are closely followed by aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, white flowers and fresh butter. The taste is clean and especially silky, the sugar content from the dosage fits well with the body of the champagne. There is also some minerality hidden in the background, which is characteristic, but by no means excessive. It also appears in the long-lasting aftertaste. We recommend its consumption cooled to 8-10 °C. Due to its balanced properties, it can be safely paired, however, avoid overly salty, sugary, fatty or spicy foods. Ideal for sweet and sour hors d'oeuvre, but also an excellent aperitif.
