Description
Chef is the result of the lush pairing of Kékfrankos and Cabernet Sauvignon, which reveals its full beauty only after a few hours of airing and decanting. Its fragrance world is initially reserved, but after a while the fresh fruitiness of black cherry, blackcurrant and plum, followed by coffee, chocolate and peppermint spiciness also appear. It is characterized by round acids and a deep, velvety tannin structure. Elegant, broad-spectrum taste, with red berries and pink pepper. Juicy, very exciting, mature wine, with a nice finish.
