Description
The wine was made from organically grown Kadarka clones P147 and P163. We harvested it at the end of September and fermented it spontaneously for 17 days in vats. After pressing, 1/3 was aged in an acid-proof tank, and 2/3 in a 1000 liter French vat for 10 months. We bottled it unfiltered.
