Description
The raw material from the excellent Spern Steiner vineyard ensured the deep ruby red color and concentrated aroma of the wine, which is mainly dominated by black-fleshed fruits, noble oak aromas, barrel spices, tobacco, and bitter chocolate and rum cherries. The taste is full-bodied and multi-layered, with a dense texture and an almost creamy texture. Exceptionally rich and complex aromatics characterize this kékfrankos, which presents the original face of the grape in the most natural way possible. A long aftertaste, minerality and a somewhat unruly structure wait for all the ingredients to come together perfectly in this promising wine. Thus, with further maturation, its lush structure can of course be tamed, in which the deep and precious flavor notes of the place of production can be felt almost by hand.
