Description
Citruses, white flowers and almonds – already in its aroma, it lists promising aromas. Chardonnay forms the basis of the fresh and elegant overall picture, but the pleasant bitterness characteristic of furmint also appears. In addition to grapefruit and lime, the taste has stone fruits, quince and aging notes, toast and toasted almonds. Vibrant, full foam batch. Its aftertaste gives it a decidedly mineral, salty character, and the dosage ensures an ideal balance. A good choice every time. Composition: 33% chardonnay, 33% furmint, 24% pinot noir, 10% pinot blanc. Aging time: minimum 18-22 months Dosage: 8.5 grams/liter
