Description
An autochthonous variety found only in the Badacsony wine region, its wine beautifully displays the mineral notes due to the basaltic soil typical of the region. This minerality is also most strongly evident in the aroma, and when tasted, the aromas of citrus, green apple and peach complement the pleasantly salty taste. When cooled to 11-12 degrees, it is an excellent accompaniment to fish, poultry and asparagus dishes.
