Description
We harvested it in mid-October. They were ripe, mostly healthy bunches with little botrytis. It was painted after 5 days of soaking in the shell. It then fermented in a vat and settled for 40 days. Aged for 4 years in an initiated multi-fill oak barrel. Our full-bodied, basic dry white wine, 14% alcohol.
