Description
One of the most popular aromatic varieties in the world. It is made in several styles, which largely depends on the climatic conditions. In a more temperate, cooler growing area, e.g. For Sancerre, vegetal aromas dominate, while in a continental or oceanic climate the aromas of ripe fruit are dominant. The vineyard above Korma, where the raw material comes from, is a well-exposed growing area, where healthy, ripe raw material is born for our premium sauvignon blanc. In addition to the impeccable ripeness of the grapes, the acids, the soil, and the constant air movement give this wine a nice curve and momentum. In terms of style, the meeting of Sancerre and Marlborough (New Zealand) can come to mind, mainly the nose is led by aromas reminiscent of exciting tropical fruits, lychee, mango and passion fruit, but there are also vegetal aromas, such as nettle and cut grass. And the notes reminiscent of elderflower beautifully frame the excellent characteristics of the variety.
