Our Clarus Rozé champagne is made from 100% Kadarka. The early hand-harvesting ensures the marked acidity of the base wine and the red berry fruity aromas typical of Kadarka, which the second fermentation and nine months of bottle aging transform into an elegant, pleasantly frothy, creamy champagne. The finish is fresh fruity, elegantly spicy.
