Description
It was born in a very difficult, frozen vintage. His varieties were harvested in the middle and end of October. After fermentation on the skins, it was blended as a fresh wine. Varieties: syrah, merlot, kadarka and cabernet sauvignon. Aged in dedicated oak barrels for 3.5 years. In our usual way, it was removed from a fine sieve, unfiltered, and unclarified.
