The year 2017 was very favorable for our winemaking, as the warm weather helped the grape varieties to ripen flawlessly with good acids and high sugar levels. The superior qualification already embodies a higher standard, so we only make our Bikavér superior in the most outstanding vintages. In terms of its composition, it features varieties from the Carpathian basins and world varieties. based on Kék Franc, we blended merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and syrah, so in addition to fullness and spiciness, you can also discover fruity aromas in it. After full malic acid decomposition and 18 months of traditional oak barrel aging, we maximize complexity with a long bottle aging.
