Description
versatile and harmonious vineyard-selected blue wine with serious depths and an impressive texture, which carries the individuality, character and unique microclimate of the wine region. An elegant and complex wine that fermented spontaneously, was kept on its skins for 12 days, and then bottled with a low sulfur content. Its aromas and flavors are delicate with ripe citrus, quince, tobacco leaves, and sandalwood. Its acids are elegant and silky, and its finish is long-lasting and extremely rich. It has a structured blue handle, which, due to its special character, can be paired very well with countless food specialties.
