Description
Kerékhegy is one of the greatest vineyards in Szekszárd. The soil of the plateau, located at an altitude of 260-290 m, is loess, rich in red clay and small remains of limestone can be found in several places. Due to its location, compared to the surrounding valleys, the ripening sun always sees the grapes 1-2 hours longer, and thanks to the constant air movement, the grapes always feel comfortable. Our 12ha area is located here. Cabernet Franc: Installation: 2007, 1.5ha, 4,500 capital/ha, medium height cordon cultivation. Harvest mid-October. Aging 300l and 500l oak barrels 24 months, 6 months in bottle
