Description
The must from the southern, diverse soil areas of the Wairau Valley was fermented in steel tanks and then aged for 3-4 months before being bottled. Its aroma profile is more representative of the riper, fruitier line: lime, tropical fruits, passion fruit, guava, green spices, green peppers, elderberries, cut grass and flowers.
