Strict manual harvest, gentle processing, pressing at low pressure. After fermentation in small tanks, aging in bottles for 40 months. Straw yellow color with attractive golden hues. Its aroma is clean and fresh, complemented by the apple-pastry line developed during maturation. The taste is greeted by fine, small and long-lasting bubbles. When sipped, we can find a very delicately elegant, balanced batch. The apple and cake notes already experienced in the fragrance return.
