Description
The leading blend of our Barbár cellar. In 2019, the blend consists of 40% Cabernet Franc, 20% Blue Franc, 20% Merlot and 20% Tannat. We found in it everything we look for in a great wine: mysterious flavors to be deciphered, lots of fruit, depth, memorability, uniqueness and exciting fullness. The name and the story are the soul of Zoltán Heimann, which was inspired by Béla Bartók: when some critics called Bartók's music barbaric, he composed Allegro Barbaro in response. The Barbár harmonizes well with this eclectic piano piece: it is so strong and substantial that it remains elegant, very diverse and lovable at the same time.
