Description
This wine is made by whole-cluster pressing, which means that the grapes are not de-berryed, but the clusters go into the pneumatic press together with the stem, where they are pressed very slowly at low pressure. With this method, we obtain must of exceptional purity, which is then made into a premium batch. The 2022 vintage brings the true mountain characteristics: big body, lots of salt and wet stone, complex flavors, high but not disturbing alcohol.
