Description
It comes from the wild and romantic region of southern France, where champagne production is the traditional winemaking. The wine was born to the owner's liking, as the chardonnay shows the possibilities of the region very well. The warm summer days and cool nights, the clay-limestone soil, the altitude of the grape-growing areas and the Antech Ház winemaking method all contribute to the birth of a fresh, fruity wine. After manual harvesting and sorting, the grapes are transported in 300 kg crates to the processor, where pneumatic pressing immediately follows. Aging takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It is an elegant wine with delicately soft acids, which is light at first, but the aftertaste lingers for a long time. Ripe flavors dominate without any "jam" notes.
