Description
Cabernet Franc harvested from the Kovászi vineyard on old rocky granite and diorite soil, with a low capital load (30-40 q/ha), from a southwest-facing plantation. It has a dark intense, deep red color and aromas of ripe fruits, blueberries and blackberries, as well as aromas of black pepper, eucalyptus, chocolate and coffee. The taste echoes the characters appearing in the fragrance, overall a complex, large-bodied, elegant, long-lasting item. Red wine made with spontaneous fermentation and aging in 225 l small barrels.
