Description
The aroma brings the typical notes of the variety in a classic way: apple, pear, some peach. The fine broom cultivation also gifted the wine with some yeast notes. The character of the vineyard is clearly reflected in the wine, but it does not dominate, it is mostly spicy. In the mouth it is creamy and full. The sip is rich in juicy fruits, a pure rural feeling, in a modern formulation. A substantial, unique chardonnay experience.
