Description
The wine is made using 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Mazuelo grape varieties. Aging took 28 months in American and French oak barrels. Its color is moderately intense ruby red, garnet red with edge discoloration. Its aroma is intense, very complex, with spicy aromas and secondary aromas from the oak barrel, oak, vanilla, leather. After tasting, we can feel the tannins wrapped in the elegant wine, the acids are just right. It pairs well with ragouts, meat dishes made with sauce, wine, and mushrooms.
