The composition of Ayala Brut Nature is the same as Brut Majeur. After careful grape selection, fermentation and base wine production take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the freshness and fruitiness. However, Brut Nature receives a longer 48-month maturation after bottle fermentation and a 0 gram/liter dosage after disgorging, so that we can enjoy perfect purity and the natural taste of the fruits in every sip. 55% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier
