Description
An emphatically fruity, light sparkling wine, the raw material of which is provided by our aromatic white varieties and the mustos white grape variety from the Ménes wine region. Its fresh aroma evokes floral, white-fleshed fruits. Its acidity is slightly strengthened by the added fine carbonic acid, which shows a good balance with the alcohol in the wine. In addition to typical aromas in taste and smell, some mineral aftertaste can also be detected. It is produced by a reductive process, with subsequent, slow carbonic acid saturation. Yellow muscat, ottonel muscat, Tramini and Magyarád white blend.
