Description
cuvée born from the marriage of Syrah (70%) Grenache (20%) and Marselan (10%). The hand harvest was followed by 12 days of maceration, then fermentation was held continuously at 28°C, followed by 8 months of aging in tanks. An intense purple color is associated with the blackcurrant, blackberry and licorice scent. It shows a nice balance in the mouth, harmonious tannins complement the red berry fruity aromas. A pleasant, easy-drinking wine.
