Description
The wine is made from 100% Nuragus, an autochthonous Sardinian variety, mainly grown around Cagliari. Yellowish-colored wine with greenish reflexes, apple and pear flavors and aromas. The sip is lively, with good acids and white-fleshed fruits. In gastronomy, it is recommended for noble fish, light appetizers, and salads with a not too spicy dressing.
