90% monica and 10% other autochthonous grape varieties make up the wine. monica is Sardegna's oldest grape variety. A rich, beautifully aging wine. Both in its smell and taste, we can discover notes of raspberry and black cherry, which goes well with roasts, dishes made from duck and goose.
