60% viura and 40% chardonnay make up this unusual blend. The time of the harvest was chosen in such a way that the extraction of the aroma was optimal. 30% of the batch was aged in new barrels, which makes the wine even more complex and can be aged for a long time, the fruity notes of which are completed by the aromas from barrel aging.
