Description
70% Tempranillo, 15% Mazuelo and 15% Garnacha. The raw material comes from clayey, calcareous soil, at an altitude of 450-800 meters above sea level, from 75-year-old trees on average, which are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in a tank with our own yeast. Aging takes place in American oak for 18 months, followed by 36 months of bottle aging before release. Brick red color, toasty, spicy aromas.
