Description
After harvest, the grape bunches are dried on a bamboo rack for 3-4 months, and fermentation only takes place after that. Thanks to this technology, the wine is incredibly full-bodied and complex. It can be matured for up to 30-35 years. An ideal companion for game and mature cheeses.
