Description
Pure pinot blanc, interestingly, it was blended from wines made in 4 different ways: 1. pinot blanc fermented and aged in barrels, kept on the lees until bottling, without sulfur, kept in a 500-liter barrel for several years 2. the same in a new barrel 3. in a 225-liter barrel, with the addition of 25-30 kg of hand-selected whole berries, fermented and matured at the same time 4. made as orange wine, fermented on the skin for 2 weeks All of this went into the bottle without clarification, unfiltered. And why Somlyó? Their vineyard is located on a hill called Somlyó-hegy. It got its name from the abundance of wild dogwood.
