Description
Wine made from the clay soil of Caljúsok, 10-year-old grapes, with a 1 kg grape load. It was processed partly with berries, partly with whole bunches. It was soaked on the skins for 2 months. It fermented spontaneously in a vat, then matured in oak barrels for 9 months. Unfiltered, unclarified. Sandwich is named because it was made using the so-called sandwich process: the berries and whole bunches were placed on top of each other in several layers in the vat.
