Description
Fantastic aromas of ripe apple and pear, with hints of lemon zest and chalky minerality. Fresh, lively, dry, the flavors balance the aroma, with really pleasant acids. Pairs well with rich seafood dishes, but is also delicious on its own. Moillard, historically located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Côte de Nuits. Old documents from Nuits-Saint-Georges attest that the Moillard family owned vineyards before the French Revolution. Since 1850, the boom has been going on, and today Moillard is one of the top five Burgundy wineries. A 49-hectare vineyard in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, including Premier Cru level, 50%.
