Description
Beautiful, pure golden yellow color. A little reserved at first, it starts to open up half an hour after opening the bottle. It reminds me of ripe pears, herbs, chamomile, and the inevitable animal-skin character that is characteristic of juhfark. It has a slightly cracked stone-like character, which gives the wine a particularly fresh effect. It also brings pear flavor in the taste with an almost jam-like ripeness.
