Description
The Köves got its name from the fact that practically rocky edges were created under the crop layer washed away by the rain. The grapes had a very difficult journey in order to obtain strata water and nutrients, which made it very difficult for them to start developing. Small clusters and minimal head load characterized these areas (maximum 30-40 dkg/head). Thanks to the concentration of small clusters and small berries, such a complex, mineral wine was born, which has a decade-long maturation potential and an incredible length of flavor.
