Description
Wine made from Austrian Blue Frank clone, organically grown grapes from the Pelzberg vineyard. After the harvest in early October, fermentation took place spontaneously in a fermentation tank for 24 days. Then we aged the wine in second-fill French barrels with minimal sulfur use for 20 months, and bottled unfiltered.
