Description
Our third rosé champagne, which we matured in a magnum bottle, welcomes us in an explosive form. Its bright pink shade, freshness and vigor are captivating. The aroma is full of red berries, ripe currants and cherries, which are complemented by soft flowers. Its intense acidity and fine foam shake you up, but at the same time it's a really complex batch, which is especially worth tasting because of its long aftertaste. Composition: 32% furmint, 31% chardonnay, 23% pinot noir, 9% pinot blanc and 5% red wine (blue franc) Dosage: 8.5 grams/liter
