Description
It was born from the crossbreeding of 2 clones, one of which is an Austrian variety, which has larger oval grapes and gives a more purple colored, more acidic wine. In the other area, there is a French clone, which produces wine with smaller grains and a true ruby color. It is much softer, so it has a lower acid content. We made two wines separately, tasted them together, then came to the conclusion that the two complement each other perfectly and finally we married them, thus creating the Grandiózus Syrah, which of course matures with limited harvest.
