Description
Ohmerops comes from the Malomoldal vineyard and is made from selected cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc grapes. We apply yield restriction in the grapes in order to achieve the most concentrated fruit possible. We pick it by hand in 15 kg crates, then double sorting is used. Once a cluster selection, then the grape seeds are also selected. Only completely healthy grapes go into the fermenter, where the raw material ferments on the skins for 21 days. In the meantime, the mash is gently macerated, followed by aging in oak barrels, which gives the wine its "roundness". An exciting, complex and harmonious wine was born, with a scent of prunes and anise jam. In the mouth, there are fruity flavors and decorative notes resulting from maturation. A truly distinctive, characterful wine from Szekszárd. We recommend its consumption at 16 C.
