Description
It is an autochthonous variety found only in the Badacsonyi wine region, and its wine beautifully shows the mineral characteristics due to the basalt soil characteristic of the region. This minerality is also most evident in its aroma, and when tasted, the aromas of citrus, green apple and peach complement the pleasantly salty taste. Cooled to 11-12 degrees, it is an excellent accompaniment to fish, poultry and dishes made with asparagus.
