Description
The raw material comes from plot 2503 of the Szent Tamás vineyard. The vineyard is located in the eastern part of Mád, where the Szepsy family has about 11 hectares of cultivated land at 140-230 meters above sea level. Thanks to the volcanic aftermath, the soil here is surprisingly layered (red clay, weathered zeolite, hard rhyolite, tuff), which is reflected in the incomparably mineral, complex, endlessly long flavor of the top wines made from this plot with tens of years of potential.
