Description
Our wine is made from the red Traminer grape, which produces a golden yellow, full-bodied, low-acid, slightly oily wine, harvested at full ripeness. We soaked it on its skin to extract more aroma from the berry. It is immediately recognizable by its exotic aroma, in which lychee is mixed with rose petals, Turkish honey, and rarely ginger. Its flavor is complemented by honey notes.
