Description
PN AYC18 is a 100% Pinot Noir blend, predominantly from the Aÿ cru. It is blended with other villages of the Montage de Reims, such as Tauxières and Verzenay. The base year is 2018, but other (magnum) vintages are also included in the réserv, the oldest of which is from 2009. Nose: honey, fruit jelly, quince and candied citrus notes. Aromas of marzipan and blood orange complement the sweet spice-filled nose. Taste: serious, restrained and rich, beautifully extended, the finish is full of candied citrus that enhances the freshness of the wine. Dosage: 6g/l
