Description
Wine made from Austrian Kékfranken clone, organically grown grapes from the Pelzberg vineyard. After the harvest in early October, fermentation took place spontaneously in a fermentation tank for 24 days. We then matured the wine in second-fill French barrels with minimal use of sulfur for 20 months, which we bottled unfiltered.
