Description
The founder's grandson first made Blanc de Blancs champagne at the house, which later became a tradition and has been available again since 2018. It consists of 75% from the 2012 vintage and 25% réserve wines, with an average age of five years. It was aged on lees for more than four years. Complex, deep, silky texture. Aromas of citrus, peach, fresh hazelnut. Crystal clear sip, lively acids, pleasant saltiness on the finish. Dosage: 10 g/l
