For a very long time, the Codorníu winery kept this Cava only for family gatherings. After its launch, it achieved international success very quickly. No wonder, as this champagne has all the virtues that a good Cava should have. Its intense and refined taste, light carbon dioxide content and richness of flavor make it perfect. Although this sparkling wine was also made using the Champagne method, the two flavors cannot be compared, as the inherent flavors give Cava a typically Mediterranean character.
