Description
According to the rules of the Mádi Kör, Max is made from 100% furmint, and in our case the capital load is 0.3-0.5 kilograms. All of Demetervin's vineyards come from registered organic farming, which we process by vineyard selection with refurbished, 100-year-old hand presses, but we also have a small, modern, pneumatic press for experimental or vineyard limited batches. We monitor their development during fermentation and maturation, and then, before bottling, we prepare the estate's selected furmint. This wine is a combination of the Úrágya and Király vineyards, typically half and half since the 2008 vintage. In accordance with the objectives of the settlement association, the lot tries to emphasize the airy elegance, good drinking and light nature in parallel with the features of the volcanic site.
