Description
fiery and mineral asúbú wine of a good vintage with great aging potential. Its color is shiny gold with an amber tint. The spiciness reminiscent of fennel creates harmony with the creaminess of the wine, the flavors of candied citrus, green apple, dried figs and plums. We recommend it cooled to 14-16 °C for foie gras, aged cheeses, and desserts made with dried fruit. (alcohol: 10% vol, sugar: 201 g/liter, acid: 8 g/liter)
